Setal Commercial Cleaning is led by Ben Gueye, a Computer Science graduate from Université de Saint-Boniface who has lived in Winnipeg for over a decade and served as a public servant for more than five years.
That background matters.

Ben’s technical background adds another layer to that foundation. With training in computer science, he approaches operations with a systems mindset: identify the variables, build the process, reduce inconsistency, and improve outcomes through structure. That thinking informs how Setal designs its workflows, service protocols, quality checks, and communication standards.
The company’s evolution reflects that same maturity. What began as Ben Cleaning Services was rebranded as Setal Commercial Cleaning to better represent the company’s long-term direction: a more strategic, disciplined, and professional partnership with the Winnipeg business community.
